Odinga was speaking at Wilson Airport where he rubbished
reports that he is pushing for a nusu mkate coalition government.
The Opposition leader is pushing for reforms at the
Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and had issued a number
of irreducible minimums that he wanted to be addressed.

As for dialogue we are ready all the time, but you have seen

Earlier on Tuesday, Mr Odinga criticized Kenyatta for the
killings that have taken place during the protests and bashed Inspector General
of Police Joseph and acting Interior CS Fred Matiang for allegdly funding
criminal gangs to cause havoc in NASA strongholds.

European Union leaders have urged Odinga and Kenyatta to
embrace dialogue to ensure the country progresses and to put an end to the
political uncertainty.
The IEBC has also made some changes towards ensuring the
election is credible and gave in to 20 of the 34 demands given by NASA.
The poll body, however, refused to sack CEO Ezra Chiloba and
a number of other top commissioners on grounds that it did not see how they
messed up the August polls.
